This lovely apartment is on the ground floor, and has a disabled access ramp to the building, pool & large communal garden area.  There are lifts to the upper floors, but this is a ground floor apartment, with a large covered terrace, and a large tiled terrace, with view of the sea and La mata beaches.

Entering into the apartment into the open plan lounge, with 2 sofa beds, sideboard dresser, TV stand with Colour TV, Sky TV, & DVD player.  There is a lounge diner area, complete with table and 4 chairs.  There are large patio doors opening onto the large covered terrace with table & chairs.  2 steps down into the private garden area that has been recently landscaped.  The bedroom also has seperate access onto these terraces.  There is small galley style kitchen with open serving area.  The kitchen is fully equipped for holiday lets, with oven, hob, extractor, washing machine, kettle, etc. Through the archway into the twin bedded room with chest of drawers and bedside table.  Next is the family bathroom with shower over bath.  Then through to the master bedroom complete with double bed, and built-in wardrobes.  This apartment is accessable to disabled people, but the bathroom/kitchen has not been adapted for wheelchair use.

The area is not only close to La mata beach but also to the hospital, bars, shops, restaurant, close to a bus route.  This apartment would be ideal for spending the winters in.  The communal court yards of the complex give plenty of ventilation to all the apartments.  There is great communal gardens and a very large swimming pool.  Please call us when you want this apartment.
